2018 Children & Authenticity Conference
PUTTING AUTHENTICITY INTO PRACTICE
October 27th and 28th, Borough of Manhattan Community College
The theme of this year's conference is "Putting Authenticity into Practice." The centrepiece is hands-on professional development to help educators bring authenticity-focused social emotional learning (SEL) into their classrooms, schools, and communities.
The conference also features plenaries, networking events, poster sessions, presentations, and a screening and discussion of the documentary Won't You Be My Neighbor?
